1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

You must include the invoice or proof of purchase.

Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items:

Cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

Organic food, seeds, and natural products

Electronics and accessories once opened or used

Innerwear or intimate clothing

 

2. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified about the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

 

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for clothing items that are damaged, defective, or of the wrong size (subject to stock availability).

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.

 

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Order ID

Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

We’ll arrange a quick replacement or refund as per your preference.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

If you’ve made an advance payment and the order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
